V-day!

V-day cake I made for my C0-worker and her kids! I Love V-day and I hope you all have a wonderful day!

Super Bowl Cake

This year I decided to try and make a football helmet for the Super Bowl. I carved the helmet out of styro? foam and covered it with fondant. You can also use rice crispy treats to form objects but I used what I had on hand. The grass I used a #233 tip and then covered the base with fondant.

This was the cake I made for my friend's baby shower!

The leopard spots didn't work out as well as I planned but oh well.

Wedding Cake

While I was visiting Utah I helped Marshall's mom make a wedding cake for one of her neighbors. The bride wanted a completely white "romantic" cake. This cake was massive! It was 4 tiers and each tier had 3 layers.

I got to use the cake cricket which is AMAZING! All the details on the cake were cut out with the machine. The bottom layer took me an hour and a half to decorate. The whole cake took 13 hours to stack and decorate.
